I went to Bullet's.
In Gentilly neighborhood.
He said, "I'm alright."

Looking at my face.

Watching lines travel the span.

With no boundaries.

Rising in the south.

Planting seeds and watering.

Beginning again.

Sunflower

You green eyed wonder.

Demanding a point of view.

Silently singing!

Morning sun woke me.

I made it to the garden.

This must be the place.

Chilly spring smiles bright.

Health bestows a great blessing.

We can move again.

Welcome 2017!

I feel deep change coming.

Some of it is sorrowful endings,

but most of it is a bold new outlook.

After traveling far and experiencing life,

the future is now and I want to ride it.

I watch my family surf from the shore.

I share in the buds of promise.

Gratitude is what remains.
