Spending the mellow day with friends(Uriah & Olaf). New Orleans rises to the occasion of the game and the city is bursting with the good, the bad and the oh, so sport fan tourist. Preparing french cut pork chops on the rib. Gonna roast and then smoke them. The sides are collard greens from my garden and white beans with creamed parsnips. It's gloriously sunny and life in the south certainly has it's good points. Later on, we will watch San Francisco play The Ravens. I was rooting for the west, but I may just flip and go for the under dog team from Baltimore. That's my way. Enjoy everyone where ever you may be.
